Overview

As Senior Cloud Identity Engineer, you will shape identity in our Microsoft Cloud environment, building secure and automated identity solutions for decentralized teams. You’ll drive governance, Zero Trust, and Least Privilege across Azure, Entra, and AI-enabled platforms. This role sits in the Cloud & Security team, influencing enterprise-wide identity strategy and AI-ready cloud foundations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to scale secure identities while balancing developer experience and security. This is a mission-driven opportunity to enable secure, scalable innovation at Redcare Pharmacy.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Design and scale Microsoft Entra ID Governance with Access Reviews and governance processes across a decentralized Entra environment
Automate workload identity lifecycles (Service Principals, certificates, secrets, federated credentials) integrating with Azure Key Vault
Create self-service capabilities for Service Principals, Entra Groups, and delegated administration
Optimize Azure RBAC, Entra RBAC, and permissions models to reduce excess privileges and strengthen governance
Develop identity monitoring and detection using Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and KQL
Support Joiner/Mover/Leaver automation with HRIS as the source of truth

Zentrale Anforderungen

Hands-on experience designing and automating cloud identity solutions with Microsoft Entra, Entra ID Governance, Graph Permissions, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform
Focus on Zero Trust and Least Privilege architectures with automation and governance considerations
Automation mindset with API-first thinking and secure-by-design principles
Curiosity for new identity technologies and ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
