Senior Commerce Specialist

As Senior Commerce Specialist, you will be the operational engine behind our digital commerce and marketplace offering, driving execution, optimization and scaling of complex campaigns across Amazon and RMNs. You’ll translate strategy into actionable, measurable outcomes while mentoring junior colleagues and serving as the escalation point for intricate campaign challenges. This role blends hands-on control with strategic partnership, aiming to defend margins and grow revenue. You will work closely with the Commerce Lead to shape high-impact commerce programs and cross-channel initiatives.

• Lead hands-on execution of complex Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads campaigns, leveraging automation platforms (e.g., Pacvue) to defend margins and drive incremental revenue.
• Act as operational right-hand to the Commerce Lead, turning client strategy into granular campaign structures, feed rules, and bidding models.
• Own deep-dive troubleshooting for critical bottlenecks such as listing suppressions, API feed errors, and profitability drops.
• Manage vendor and catalogue operations, including PO management, dispute chargebacks, and优化 A+ Content and Brand Stores for organic visibility and conversions.
• Implement cross-channel commerce strategies across regional marketplaces using unified data approaches.
• Provide tactical mentorship by establishing playbooks, best practices, and hands-on training for Medior and Junior specialists.

• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in digital commerce and retail media operations.
• Deep expertise in Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and Amazon DSP.
• Advanced proficiency in campaign automation, bid management platforms, and data feed management.
• Strong analytical abilities to translate raw data into actionable optimizations.
