(Senior) Commercial Development Manager (all genders)

- Act as the business counterpart to Tech teams, translating commercial needs and market feedback into strategic product requirements and ensuring alignment with long-term business goals
- Own the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of retail media products, creating compelling narratives and enabling Sales teams with the foundation for impactful client pitches
- Empower Retail Media Managers through training, strategic guidance, and data-driven insights to successfully position products and drive client performance
- Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients by translating complex technical concepts into clear business value and developing data-backed campaign strategies to unlock growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Sales, and Business stakeholders to drive product adoption, commercial success, and continuous optimization
