Taking ownership of lead management, content marketing, marketing automation, and SEA activities, you will help shape how we engage customers and bring innovative solutions to market.

Your Responsibilities

As our Senior Communications and Performance Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) , you will play a key role in driving demand generation, content excellence, and successful product launches. Taking ownership of lead management, content marketing, marketing automation, and SEA activities, you will help shape how we engage customers and bring innovative solutions to market.

• Own and continuously improve the lead management process, acting as the main interface between Marketing and Sales.
• Drive marketing automation activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customer journeys, audience segmentation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.
• Create, manage, and publish engaging B2B content across websites, blogs, case studies, white papers, and other marketing materials.
• Design and implement marketing assets using CMS platforms and Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence.
• Plan, execute, and optimize SEA campaigns to support lead generation, brand visibility, and thought leadership goals.
• Lead and coordinate marketing activities for product launch projects in close collaboration with Product Management and Sales
  

Your Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally across content marketing, marketing automation, CRM, or campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 or comparable marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Strong content creation and communication skills, including experience with white papers, case studies, websites, or blogs.
• Practical knowledge of CMS systems (e.g., TYPO3, Sitefinity) and digital marketing channels such as SEA.
• Fluent English and good German language skills, with the confidence to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams.
