Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d)

You will play a key role in translating global compensation frameworks into practical solutions for the German organization. Working closely with our global headquarters in Taiwan, you will help establish transparent, data-driven compensation processes while ensuring compliance with local market practices and business requirements.

This position combines Compensation & Benefits expertise, HR Controlling, data analytics and project management. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data, building structured processes and partnering with international stakeholders in a fast-growing organization.

1. 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or a related field.
2. 2. Several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits within an international corporate environment.
3. 3. Solid experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation and compensation analysis.
4. 4. Strong analytical mindset with a genuine passion for working with numbers and large data sets.
5. 5. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and experience working with Macros.
6. 6. Experience in HR Controlling combined with Compensation & Benefits is highly valued.
7. 7. Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
8. 8. Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working in an international matrix organization.
9. 9. Excellent German and English communication skills.
