Senior Consultant (all genders) Microsoft Modern Work and Business Apps

In this role you will design and deliver modern software solutions for enterprise environments based on Microsoft 365 and AI. You will drive cloud migration and transformation from on-premises, capture customer requirements, and shape long-term Modern Work & Modern Business Apps strategy. You’ll support pre-sales with clear concepts and presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client goals. This is a chance to influence the Microsoft partnership and help customers realise innovative solutions.

• Create modern software solutions for enterprise environments using Microsoft 365 and AI
• Plan and execute migration/transformation of on-premise systems to the cloud
• Capture customer requirements and identify optimization potentials
• Contribute to the long-term Microsoft Modern Work & Modern Business Apps strategy and expand the Microsoft partnership
• Support pre-sales activities with concept articulation and client presentations

• Technology-oriented degree
• 3–4 years of project experience in consulting and applications from the Microsoft 365 stack
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Apps/Power Platform)
• Development background and experience with MS Azure, MS Graph, Angular/React, SPFx
• Knowledge in Data & AI
• Fluent German and good English skills
