(Senior) Consultant (all genders) Talent Acquisition

In this role you drive end-to-end recruitment across SAP and related roles for international markets, shaping the candidate journey from search to onboarding. You’ll join a global, cross-functional HR setup and contribute to talent strategies, partnerships, and employer branding for valantic. You will engage with candidates and stakeholders across Spain and DACH regions, balancing local market needs with global projects. • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from search to onboarding for SAP and other roles
• Recruit for Spain, Portugal, and international markets, including expat candidates
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Active Sourcing, and social channels to identify top talent
• Collaborate with HR and management on recruitment strategies and talent management initiatives
• Attend HR meetings and contribute to group-wide HR initiatives and employer branding
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders across divisions
• Support remote and flexible work arrangements and adapt to a multicultural environment
• Contribute to strategic input and development opportunities within valantic Spain

• 3–8 years of recruitment experience, IT/Tech background preferred
• SAP experience ideal but not required
• Proficient in Active Sourcing and identifying talent fit
• Entrepreneurial mindset in international, multicultural environments
• Fluent in Spanish and English; German a plus
• Understanding of Spain/Portugal markets and global talent acquisition
• Strong communication, proactivity and relationship-building with candidates and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and awareness of recruiting trends
