Senior Consultant – Banking and Finance

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for projects: You work on agile projects at banks and independently manage workstreams or subprojects
• Shape project management: You plan, coordinate and drive project activities in a structured way — focusing on results and deadlines
• Implement banking topics: You contribute your experience in banking domains such as front office, operations, regulatory reporting, risk management, or compliance to the project work
• Manage communication: You coordinate collaboration between the business, IT and other stakeholders and ensure clear alignment
• Deliver solutions: You support the implementation of functional requirements through to go‑live and ensure successful integration into existing processes

Requirements

• Completed degree
• Several years of experience in banking consulting, a banking environment, or management consulting
• Experience implementing agile projects in banking (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Good understanding of banking processes, ideally related to front office, operations, regulatory reporting, risk management, or compliance
• Approaches topics in a structured and solution‑oriented manner
• Communicates clearly and appropriately for the audience and is confident interacting with business units, IT and management — in German and in English
