(Senior) Consultant Data Strategy (m/f/d)

As a Data Strategy Consultant, you help clients unlock data value by combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation and close collaboration with teams. You design data strategies, architectures, and scalable processes to support digital transformation and measurable business outcomes. You work with clients to co-create practical solutions, develop data products, and lead change management. • Design and implement data strategies, architectures and scalable data processes
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to co-create pragmatic solutions
• Develop data products that deliver real business value
• Conduct data analyses and visualizations to uncover insights and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate workshops, assess processes, and deliver tailored training
• Contribute to best practices and innovative data solutions

• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
• First professional experience in data management, analytics, or digital transformation consulting
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) and modern data platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex topics clearly
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with high ownership; collaborative and agile mindset
• English fluent; additional local languages a plus
