Senior Consultant Digital & Data (m/w/d)

Your Role

• Be accountable for designing and implementing projects or individual modules of large projects
• Develop and formulate project recommendations and actionable insights to address client challenges
• Present findings, recommendations and deliverables to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Prepare and lead onsite and remote workshops
• Actively participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client meetings, and networking events

Your profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of consulting experience and/or experience in the life sciences/pharma industry in relevant roles
• Master's or advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business administration, pharmaceutical sciences)
• Outstanding record of academic achievement
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, hands‑on, can‑do attitude and proactivitiy
• Meticulous attention to detail and a creative thinker with proven problem‑solving skills
• High level of commitment and personal responsibility
• Advanced communication skills
• Ability to convincingly communicate in English and German
