(Senior) Consultant Energy Storage

In this role you drive multidisciplinary technical consultancy on battery energy storage projects, focusing on Germany, while also expanding the business footprint across Europe. You partner with local and international teams to set up and run storage projects, addressing risks, procurement, safety, and regulatory matters. You will actively develop the German market, build client relationships, and lead projects of varying scope in cross-functional settings. • Lead and execute multidisciplinary consultancy projects for battery energy storage systems, with emphasis on Germany
• Identify risks and mitigation measures across development, procurement, construction, and operation
• Provide safety, design, and regulatory compliance guidance
• Drive business development in Germany, generate proposals, and cultivate client relationships
• Manage projects in cross-border teams and present services at client meetings and events
• Support the company's mission, vision, and collaborative culture

• Master's degree in electrotechnical engineering, sustainable energy technology, or similar
• 3+ years of experience with grid-scale Li-ion BESS applications/regulations
• Advanced project management skills and understanding of energy storage in transmission and distribution
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English and German
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Security/compliance with statutory requirements; background checks for final candidates
