(Senior) Consultant Identity & Access Management (m/f/d)

Dive into the exciting world of Identity and Access Management (IAM) as a (Senior) IAM Consultant (m/f/d) at iCConsult Bulgaria. This is a full-time position for our locations in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna or remote in Bulgaria.

The (Senior) IAM Consultant (m/f/d) offers a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to take responsibility not only for designing and implementing IAM solutions but also for actively managing client relationships and ensuring ongoing satisfaction (Customer Success). The (Senior) IAM Consultant will play a crucial role in delivering innovative IAM solutions and establishing trusted partnerships with our clients.

We are the biggest vendor-independent integration and consulting organization for IAM solutions. Our teams are focused on our clients’ needs and are responsible for the design and implementation of complex IAM requirements. We drive the discussion and advise on cybersecurity decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions: Ensure solutions meet client needs while adhering to industry best practices.
• Client relationship management: Establish regular communication with clients to understand their needs, identify improvement opportunities, and guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
• Customer Success: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions, anticipate future client needs, and propose adjustments or evolutions to maximize delivered value.
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration: Work with varied teams to integrate IAM solutions into complex IT environments.
• Mentorship and technical leadership: Provide technical guidance and support the development of junior team members.
• Technology watch: Stay informed about trends and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous service improvement.

Your Skills

• Solid experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale IAM solutions (at least one of: One Identity, Saviynt, SailPoint, Ping IDM/AM, Entra ID ).
• Proven customer relationship management skills and ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English ; German is a plus.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, protocols, and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver high quality results in end-to-end IAM projects.
• Aptitude to analyze client needs and translate requirements into high-performing solutions.
• Technical leadership and ability to mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Motivation to learn and develop yourself further both as a technology expert , as well as a trusted advisor to our clients.
