Senior Consultant / Manager – SAP Sales & Service Cloud

IgniteSAP is recruiting for a leading international consulting organisation that is expanding its SAP Customer Experience practice in Germany.

We are looking for experienced SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud professionals who can combine SAP delivery expertise with a strong understanding of customer-facing business processes.

You will advise major organisations on the transformation of their sales, CRM and customer-service operations, working from initial process design through to implementation and adoption.

Your Responsibilities

• Advise clients on sales, customer-service and Customer Experience transformation.
• Analyse customer journeys and existing sales and service processes.
• Design and implement SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions.
• Deliver capabilities covering account, contact and activity management.
• Configure lead, opportunity, pipeline, quotation and sales-management processes.
• Design case, ticket, interaction and omnichannel service processes.
• Implement service-level agreements, entitlements, knowledge management and agent-support capabilities.
• Gather requirements and translate them into process designs, user stories and configured SAP solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with sales, service, IT and executive stakeholders.
• Support testing, deployment, user adoption, go-live and hypercare.
• Design integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP CPQ and SAP FSM/FSA.
• Evaluate opportunities involving automation, AI-supported selling, intelligent case management and customer self-service.

At Manager level, you will also:

• Lead SAP Customer Experience workstreams and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage senior client relationships, delivery risks and commercial objectives.
• Own solution quality and major project deliverables.
• Support proposals, demonstrations and business-development activities.
• Contribute to the development of the organisation’s SAP CX portfolio.
• Coach and develop consulting colleagues.

Your profile

• At least three years of relevant experience for Senior Consultant level or approximately five years for Manager level.
• Strong implementation experience with SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Cloud for Customer or SAP CRM.
• Experience with SAP Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Version 2 would be particularly valuable.
• Expertise in either sales or customer-service processes, supported by an understanding of the wider customer lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with requirements analysis, solution design and SAP configuration.
• Participation in at least one end-to-end CRM or Customer Experience implementation.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP CPQ or FSM/FSA would be advantageous.
• Workstream or team leadership experience is required for Manager-level applications.
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Very good German and English.
• Flexibility to travel according to client and project requirements.
