Senior Consultant - Marketing Software

In this Senior Consultant role, you partner with leading pharma clients to implement Veeva’s Commercial Cloud offerings, delivering AI-powered, data-driven solutions. You will lead delivery across PM, architecture, and business analysis, shaping scalable processes and strong client relationships. The position combines hands-on delivery with mentoring and internal process improvement, in a collaborative, high-trust environment. You will travel as needed to serve customers and accelerate impact in the life sciences sector.

• Own delivery for implementation projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimize and harmonize business processes into scalable solutions
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB organizations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners
• Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks

• 5+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in one of: Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect
• Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform
• Experience working with Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or Medical Device organizations
• Strong consulting background with ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships
• Strong and effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
• Able to travel approximately 20%
