Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting - Claims Management

In this role you will lead end-to-end client engagements in Allianz Consulting’s Claims Transformation practice, shaping claims excellence across digital, process design, automation and anti-fraud initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful transformations for Allianz entities worldwide and contribute to thought leadership and business development. The role offers fast ownership, mentoring opportunities, and a focus on transforming claims through AI and digital-enabled solutions.

• Lead end-to-end client engagements within deadlines and scope
• Analyze customer needs and design innovative solutions
• Develop thought leadership and Allianz Consulting solutions; support with pitches
• Mentor colleagues and foster their development
• Manage stakeholders and resolve problems within a strong expert community

• University degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in core insurance claims operations or claims-focused consultancy (P&C or L&H)
• Expert knowledge of AI frameworks and ability to advise on AI adoption for business transformation
• Solid project management experience across varied settings
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; proficient with Teams and WebEx
• Strong presentation, facilitation and conflict management skills
• Fluent in English; German or other languages considered a plus
• Experience in change management, process mapping/analysis/mining/re-engineering (desired)
• International work experience (minimum 6 months)
• Interest in IT and Generative AI as valuable assets (welcomed)
