Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting - German Markets & Transformation

In this Inhouse Consulting role, you will partner with client teams to drive transformation across digital, sustainability, and operational excellence within Allianz Group. You will own project milestones, manage communications, and support business development and internal knowledge sharing. You bring AI expertise to advise on AI adoption and influence strategic outcomes. You join a diverse, international team where early ownership helps you shape impactful solutions for clients and the organization.

• Work with client teams, take ownership of tasks, and ensure deliverables and milestones are met
• Manage communications and project timelines
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under guidance
• Increase Allianz Consulting expertise in strategic development areas
• Contribute to internal projects, knowledge sharing, and team events

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting or financial business
• Expert knowledge of AI frameworks; advise on AI adoption for business transformation
• Experience in project management, change management, or business transformation
• Strong ability to communicate with diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
• Excellent command of German and English (presentation and reporting)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (complex functions)
• Curiosity about insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies
