Key Responsibilities / You Will Get To

• External benchmarking, identification of improvement opportunities across the insurance value chain, identification of top‑down impact and steering.
• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached.
• Manage communications and project timelines.
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development.
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events.

Key Requirements / What We Hope You Bring

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation.
• Project management/change management/business transformation/initiative development and rollout skills.
• Experience in strategy and transformation programs.
• Insurance knowledge, acquired in a consulting environment is a nice to have.
• Working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Extensive experience in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
