Senior Consultant (m|w|d) - Strategy & Execution

In this role, you help shape Voith’s strategic direction by analyzing growth opportunities and transformation topics with senior leaders. You lead defined workstreams from framing to implementation and drive initiatives from concept to measurable business impact. You’ll collaborate across Voith Hydro, Paper, Turbo, and Corporate Functions, contributing to group-wide strategy and performance initiatives. You gain exposure to senior leadership and build an enterprise-wide perspective, evolving into greater responsibility within Voith.

• Support strategic growth and portfolio decisions through market insights and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders
• Own defined workstreams from problem framing to analysis, recommendation, and implementation
• Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, aligning stakeholders and tracking progress toward measurable value
• Contribute to group-wide strategy, performance improvement, and transformation initiatives
• Translate complex analyses into clear, decision-ready materials for senior management
• Collaborate across Voith Hydro, Voith Paper, Voith Turbo, and Corporate Functions
• Help strengthen a common strategy approach, analytical toolkit, and performance culture across the Group

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, venture capital, transformation, or a similar dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity to structure complex questions and develop practical recommendations
• Sound business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to take ownership early in your career
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills across functions and levels
• Genuine interest in industrial technology, business models, and value creation
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to learn, grow, and assume increasing responsibility
• Excellent English communication skills; German skills are a plus
