SENIOR CONSULTANT ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN & TRANSFORMATION (M/F/D)

As a project-driven consultant, you drive organizational design, cost-out and workforce transformation initiatives within a top advisory firm. You work closely with cross-functional teams and the corporate finance area to deliver value for clients in an international setting. You will develop business cases, manage stakeholder communications, and mentor junior colleagues to prepare for a managerial path. • Lead conceptual and operational work in organizational design, cost-out, and workforce transformation as a (partial) project manager
• Identify packages of measures and consolidate/report within the PMO
• Create business cases to support initiatives
• Develop and implement communication and stakeholder engagement concepts
• Mentor junior colleagues to support their development and future management readiness

• Excellent university degree
• Several years of consulting experience, including as a (partial) project manager
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving
• Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce transformation, and cost optimization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in German and English
