We're growing our Luxembourg team and looking for a Quantitative Consultant (Senior Consultant or Principal) who enjoys combining analytics, consulting and modern tech.

We advise international clients on risk quantification, insurance programme optimisation, pricing, reserving and Solvency II actuarial services. Our Luxembourg team is part of a global consulting network, delivering high‑impact cross‑border assignments for leading organisations.

As a Senior Consultant / Principal, you will support international clients through quantitative analysis and modern, technology‑enabled consulting approaches. You will work on actuarial and risk projects while actively improving and automating analytical tools and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Risk quantification, pricing, reserving and Solvency II analyses
Development and automation of Excel- and Remetrica-based tools
Use Python and AI assisted approaches to speed up data collection/validation, and improve reconciliation/movement analysis
Make consulting deliverables smarter and more efficient
Clear communication of results to international clients

3–5 years of professional experience (flexible for the right candidate)
Degree in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, data science or a similar quantitative field
Experience in Non-Life and/or Employee Benefits; Life experience is an asset
Strong analytical mindset and excellent data handling skills
Proficiency in Python, AI use, and advanced Excel
Fluent English; French and/or Dutch is a strong plus; any other language is an asset
Curious, proactive, eager to innovate and improve how things are done
