Senior Consultant Strategic Talent Management (all genders), full-/part-time possible

In this role you will own and continuously improve a global Talent Cascade framework that enhances visibility and fair mobility of talent across markets. You will design governance, digital requirements, documentation, and enablement to scale talent processes from country to enterprise level. You will partner with Global and Regional Talent Partners, HR stakeholders, and adjacent solution owners to drive adoption and ongoing improvement. This position offers the opportunity to shape scalable, data-driven talent management across a matrix organisation. You will work where strategy, process design, and enabling materials come together to support a year-round, integrated talent lifecycle.

• Design and iterate a globally consistent Talent Cascade framework that is locally deployable
• Define governance models, digital requirements, and documentation to enable implementation
• Develop enablement materials, playbooks, templates and workflows for adoption at scale
• Collaborate with Global/Regional Talent Partners and HR stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement
• Manage end-to-end process design from talent identification to succession planning and development
• Coordinate cross-country and cross-region enablement and governance
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders to business needs and constraints

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in strategic talent management and/or talent management consulting
• Proven experience owning global or multi-country solutions or workstreams
• Advanced university degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant field
• Ability to translate business and HR requirements into clear process designs and implementation approaches
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
• Experience supporting adoption, governance, and continuous improvement at scale
