Your Capco tasks

• You accompany challenging agile data (analytics) consulting projects in the banking and insurance environment from business analysis and technical conception to implementation and commissioning
• You will gradually take over the leadership of sub-projects and project teams in order to motivate them to achieve outstanding performance and achieve the project goal together
• To win future mandates, you will build professional, reliable and trusting relationships with important stakeholders in the client organization
• In addition to project work, you have the opportunity to get involved in various internal topics and implement your own ideas

Your Capco profile

• You have a successfully completed university degree as well as relevant practical experience with data analytics and machine learning and a specific interest in these applications: Transaction Analysis, Fraud Detection, CRM Analysis, Intelligent Process Automation or Process Mining
• You have several years of project experience and the ability to recognize complex analytical challenges and develop appropriate solutions
• You are familiar with database systems and basic machine learning methods and are familiar with common Python libraries such as Pandas and Scikit‑Learn or alternative data science applications
• Ideally, you also have initial experience in topics such as natural language processing and technologies such as Tableau or Alteryx
• You can imagine a leading role in the team to proactively contribute to the further development of our data analytics practice
• Your fluent German and English skills as well as unrestricted mobility in (inter)national areas round off your profile
