Senior Content Designer (m/f/d)

In this role you will lead and shape content design for complex dealer journeys, spanning AI-powered and language-based experiences. You’ll work closely with product, research, and engineering to turn problems into clear, accessible content and interfaces. You’ll drive cross-team alignment, influence product decisions with data, and help scale content design across the Dealer ecosystem. This opportunity blends strategic language work with AI-enabled experiences to improve how dealers and customers interact with the product.

• Lead Content Design for complex dealer experiences across multiple teams and product areas
• Shape AI-powered and language-based dealer experiences, aligning language, interaction, and AI behavior
• Apply information architecture, content strategy and interaction design to translate problems into intuitive experiences
• Use research and data to develop recommendations, evaluate outcomes, and influence product decisions
• Scale Content Design through AI, tools, patterns, standards and guidelines for broader team adoption
• Collaborate with B2B Marketing on product naming, terminology and in-product messaging

• Significant experience in Content Design, UX Writing or similar role
• Strong writing craft; ability to craft clear, accessible language including for generative experiences
• Experience with information architecture, content strategy, interaction design, and complex user journeys
• Comfort with ambiguity; ability to frame problems, form a point of view and make recommendations
• Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders to align and influence decisions
• Experience using research and data to inform decisions and challenge assumptions
• Understanding of AI’s impact on product experiences; ability to use AI in practice and evaluate AI-driven communication
• Excellent written and spoken English (C2) and ability to communicate in German, French or Italian
