Senior Controller – Consumer Goods

Responsibilities

• Preparation and ongoing development of reports, analyses and KPIs for management and business units
• Participation in budgeting, forecasting and intra-year planning
• Analysis of variances and formulation of recommended actions
• Preparation of decision-relevant reports and presentations
• Close collaboration with accounting and ensuring data quality and consistency
• Understanding and explanation of the relationships between P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Optimization and further development of existing controlling processes
• Support and participation in finance-related projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in economics, business administration or a comparable degree with a focus on finance or controlling
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a similar position
• Strong understanding of business operations as well as planning and reporting processes
• Proficient in Excel and preferably experienced with ERP systems and BI tools
• Strong numerical aptitude, analytical strength and problem-solving skills
• Structured working approach, strong communication skills and a hands‑on mentality
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
