Senior Controller (m/f/x)

In this role you drive group-level financial controlling and reporting for a sustainability-focused engineering firm. You will manage monthly management reporting, liquidity planning, and investment controlling for German and international subsidiaries, partnering with cross-functional teams. You’ll enhance the group’s reporting tools and support annual financial statements under HGB, with opportunities to introduce AI and automation. • Project controlling for individual companies and teams
• Prepare monthly management reporting including profit planning
• Prepare and follow up liquidity reports and forecasts
• Analyze data for top management and enhance the Group-wide reporting system
• Oversee investment controlling for subsidiaries in Germany and abroad
• Further develop existing controlling tools and participate in special projects (AI tools, process automation)
• Support in preparing annual financial statements under HGB

• education with focus on controlling and accounting
• several years of professional experience in controlling; industry experience advantageous
• excellent Excel skills
• knowledge of ERP software, preferably MS Dynamics Navision or BI tools (Power BI)
• very good command of German and English
