Senior Controller Steering & Reporting (all genders)

Your Role:

In your role as Senior FP&A Manager in Group Controlling, you will be at the heart of our financial performance management activities, driving strategic insight across the organization through the state-of-the-art usage of data.

You will be responsible for:

• Owning the global financial sales reporting and quarterly Preview process
• Delivering high-quality management reporting and variance analysis to senior leadership and key stakeholders with the help of technology
• Supporting translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that support executive decision-making
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure financial transparency and alignment
• Supporting ad-hoc strategic projects

Who You Are:

• You hold a degree in Finance or Business Administration
• You bring 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a related finance function, preferably with exposure to a corporate group structure
• You have hands-on experience applying AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics in a finance context, whether through tools like Python, Power BI, Tableau, Copilot, or similar platforms
• You demonstrate high learning agility, you embrace change, pick up new technologies quickly, and actively seek smarter ways of working
• You possess strong communication and storytelling skills
• You are a collaborative team player who builds trusted relationships across functions and hierarchies
• You have a track record of successful project management experience, ideally based on agile methodologies
• Fluency in English is required
