Senior Controlling Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide transparency into business performance at ORBIS headquarters
• Prepare and analyze budget vs. actual comparisons
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses
• Deliver decision-ready insights through clear, informative reports
• Actively contribute to operational group planning and risk management
• Maintain oversight of project controlling
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve controlling processes and systems

Requirements

• University degree in finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a controlling environment, preferably in the areas listed above
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting and a strong affinity for working with numbers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP ERP FI/CO is a plus
• Fluent German and very good command of English
• Ability to work independently, resilient, reliable, and highly responsible
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong team spirit
