The Senior Corporate Services Specialist supports operational and administrative activities within a corporate environment, with a strong focus on coordination, process management, and cross-functional collaboration. The role acts as a central interface between different departments and locations, ensuring that organizational requirements are efficiently managed and implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform complex administrative and organizational tasks in support of management
• Coordinate cross-functional topics and act as an interface between departments and stakeholders
• Identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
• Support planning and controlling activities, including resource coordination
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as documentation, reporting, and communication
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and procedural guidelines
• Manage communication with internal departments, external partners, and authorities
• Support operational topics such as registrations, compliance-related matters, and documentation
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of organizational changes and internal projects

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a commercial, administrative, or office management field, or a comparable qualification
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and common database applications
• Basic understanding and affinity for working with IT systems and tools

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial or administrative role
• Experience in budget planning support, invoice verification, and communication with stakeholders
• Experience in process management, including documentation, analysis, and optimization
• Experience working in structured, cross-functional environments

Language Requirements

• German: C1 level
• English: B2 level
