Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction (Fully Remote)

• Provide cost management services for hyperscale data center construction projects, acting as the key client interface.
• Estimate and negotiate change orders, develop cost plans, and manage cost variances throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead cost reporting, contractor negotiations, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in construction, preferably in data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing role with remote and onsite travel.
