We're seeking a passionate (Senior) Creative Copywriter to help us strengthen brand presence and build a thriving community around the future of AI-driven product development. You’ll oversee 360° campaign ideation, craft compelling copy across multiple formats, and translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives to amplify SPREAD’s voice and influence in the industry.

Your Mission

Conceptualize and drive 360° campaigns: Develop and execute attention-grabbing ideas and strategic messaging for integrated campaigns that span print, digital, social (LinkedIn and YouTube), and beyond.
Craft engaging copy: Write inspiring headlines, persuasive copy, and any other textual element — always with an eye toward clarity and impact.
Social media community building: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant industry forums, by fostering meaningful discussions.
Optimize & experiment: Stay ahead of platform (LinkedIn & YouTube) and industry trends, identify and test new concepts, adapt content formats and topics to maximize reach and engagement.
Generate surprising creative ideas: Go beyond the expected to propose bold concepts (e.g. social brand campaigns) that resonate with technical audiences.
Drive content across channels: Conceive and produce both classic and digital materials, including brochures and other marketing collateral.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with our design, growth, product marketing and other team members to ensure alignment, meet deadlines, and deliver on company objectives.

Your Experience

Proven agency experience: Several years of professional writing experience in leading creative agencies.
Exceptional writing skills: You possess an outstanding writing style and can translate even the most complex topics into clear, accessible copy.
Multichannel expertise: Well-versed in both analog and digital realms, understanding how to adapt tone and style across formats.
Forward-thinking mindset: You prefer to think outside the box and challenge conventional boundaries.
Cool under pressure: You maintain a structured approach and level head, even under tight deadlines and fast-paced conditions.
Bilingual fluency: You have a very good command of both German and English, ensuring top-quality output for diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently: While staying aligned with marketing goals and deadlines.
