Senior Creative Designer, Marketing at Brand.co

We're looking for a mid-to-senior Performance Creative Designer to own high-volume, high-impact creative across our client roster. You'll design static paid social ads, emails, and landing pages — moving fast, testing smart, and iterating based on performance. You'll partner closely with our creative strategists and pod leads to turn briefs and performance insights into fresh angles that convert.

What You’ll Do

• Design conversion-focused static paid social ads for Meta / IG
• Design high-converting landing pages and email campaigns that support full-funnel performance
• Partner with strategists to translate briefs, hooks, and data into testable creative
• Iterate quickly based on real-time results — hooks, formats, messaging, and angles
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and production without sacrificing craft

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of design experience, focused on DTC / performance marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
• A portfolio showing range across static paid social, email, and landing pages
• Can design in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Light motion skills (After Effects or comparable) — you can bring a static concept to life
• Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, etc.) — or genuine curiosity to learn
• High output, fast turnaround, and the ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines
