Senior Creative Strategist, Social Media

Responsibilities

• You develop social media strategies, campaigns and narratives that make brands relevant and genuinely reach their audiences.
• You identify trends, platform mechanics, creator formats and new communication patterns early and translate them into brand-ready concepts.
• You combine strategic clarity with creative excellence and develop ideas that not only work but also attract attention and drive impact.
• You take the lead on new business pitches, develop strong core ideas and translate insights into persuasive presentations.
• You think about communication holistically—from audiences, platform logics and brand positioning to creative concepts and formats.
• You design and facilitate strategy and creative workshops and derive clear recommendations for action.
• You strategically develop existing clients further and act as a sparring partner for internal teams and clients.
• You analyze briefings, brands, target groups and competitive environments and translate your findings into coherent strategies and compelling campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a social media, digital or creative agency.
• Very strong strategic, creative and conceptual skills.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creators, platform mechanics and digital trends.
• The ability to derive strong narratives, formats and concepts from audiences, trends and insights.
• Experience developing and presenting strategies, campaigns and pitches.
• Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills and a high standard for clear, persuasive and visually strong presentations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex issues into clear, concise points.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with a clear eye for quality and priorities.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, and motivated to actively contribute to the #OneTwoTeam.
