Produce audience-first content for digital ads, websites, landing pages, CRM and social
Adapt tone, messaging and format for different brands, audiences and platforms
Lead content projects from brief creation through final output
Develop consistent content approaches across campaigns and channels
Provide direction and feedback to improve content quality and effectiveness
Research and apply audience and cultural insights
Support content audits and identify performance and consistency improvements
Translate cultural trends and data into creative direction
Shape campaign and ongoing‑programme content strategies
Use GenAI tools such as Pencil for content generation, iteration and testing
Design prompts, workflows and agents to scale content production
Lead testing approaches and optimisation frameworks
Translate performance data into content recommendations
Manage content workflows, tracking, reporting and documentation
Lead client conversations on performance, recommendations and optimisation
Identify opportunities to expand content scope and improve account performance
Collaborate with strategists, designers, media and data teams
Support onboarding and management of freelance creators
Mentor junior team members
Connect strategy with execution across disciplines

Requirements

Strong writing and content creation skills across formats and channels
Ability to translate strategic direction into clear, engaging and effective content
Applies audience, cultural and performance insights to shape content
Understanding of how content contributes to engagement and conversion
Ability to interpret performance data and apply learningsConfident using GenAI tools for generation, iteration and testing
Ability to design effective prompts and contribute to AI‑driven workflows and agents
Effective cross‑disciplinary communication and collaboration
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
Native German speaker
Resume in English
