Senior Credit Analyst

Our core offering is debt consolidation loans, where we help customers lower their cost of debt and simplify their finances. We are now expanding in Germany and are looking for the person who will build and take lead in our credit function in Berlin.

About the role

You will be our first credit hire in Germany. This is a rare opportunity to design, build and own the credit function in a new market, from the first credit policy to a mature, well-governed lending operation that scales over time. You will work close to our Chief Credit Officer (CCRO) who is based in Stockholm, while carrying real accountability for credit quality, portfolio performance and regulatory compliance in the German market. You will be a sparring partner to the business and leadership, and your analysis will directly shape growth, pricing and risk appetite. The role has a clear path to leading a team as the German operation scales.
