Senior Credit Structurer (m/f/d)

In this role you structure and advise on bespoke credit solutions for Wealth Management clients from the Frankfurt hub, supporting Relationship Managers across Europe. You will underwrite lending and derivative structures, perform credit analysis, and ensure risk and policy compliance. You will present to Credit Committees and help shape tailored credit strategies that align with the bank's private banking mission. • Advise Relationship Managers on credit solutions for Wealth Management clients
• Structure complex lending and derivative arrangements
• Prepare and present credit requests to Credit Committees
• Develop and deliver tailored credit strategies
• Underwrite and execute loan and derivative structures
• Conduct credit analysis and due diligence
• Manage credit risk and ensure compliance
• Provide training on credit policies and identify new business opportunities
