We help our clients build and nurture lasting customer relationships by designing and optimizing personalized CRM strategies that drive retention and growth. Our CRM team is now looking for an experienced Senior CRM Manager - B2B (f/m/d) to lead strategic CRM initiatives, shape bestinclass HubSpot solutions, and drive measurable impact for our clients. This position is full‑time and located in Hamburg.
You partner closely with our B2B clients to create and execute CRM strategies that support their business goals and drive long‑term growth.
You configure and tailor HubSpot CRM to meet complex client requirements, ensuring scalable setups and seamless integrations with other tools and platforms.
You manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and strong governance.
You analyze lifecycle and customer interaction data, translating insights into strategic recommendations and impactful optimizations.
You design and manage advanced workflow automations within HubSpot to improve efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
You generate comprehensive reports and insights to assist clients in data‑driven decision‑making.
You conduct training sessions for clients on using HubSpot CRM and provide ongoing support to optimize their CRM usage.
You have at least 4-5 years of professional experience in CRM with a strong B2B focus and proven success in managing complex CRM initiatives.
You have strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, with a deep understanding of its features, customization options, and integration capabilities to build scalable CRM solutions.
You excel at developing CRM strategies that align with diverse client needs and business goals, ensuring scalable and high‑quality execution.
You are proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and execution to monitoring CRM initiatives.
You bring a strong customer‑centric mindset and set high standards for service quality, ensuring client needs are understood, met, and proactively supported.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, stakeholder alignment, and training sessions in English — German is a plus.
You have a strong aptitude for identifying challenges within CRM systems or strategies and devising effective solutions.
