Senior CRM Manager (m/f/x)

Job Description

• Be on top of CRM trends and own complex projects to further grow the contribution of CRM to business results
• Own complex CRM projects to support new product launches and ensure CRM-readiness from a technical and commercial perspective.
• Leverage data to better understand our customer segments and their lifecycle, ultimately increasing LTV and retention
• Act as the key CRM stakeholder in product streams, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate product features into CRM measures
• Deliver a seamless lifecycle experience by managing impactful campaigns across multiple channels including email, push, SMS etc.
• Continuously identify friction points in the customer experience and develop CRM-based solutions to enhance product engagement

Qualifications

• Exceptional CRM knowledge with profound technical and commercial understanding; ideally with experience in implementing and scaling multi-product strategies
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects with a focus on long-term strategy and high-quality execution
• Deep‑knowledge of the customer‑lifecycle with first‑hand experience in developing customer‑focused and scalable activation, engagement, retention and loyalty strategies
• Strong track record in following an innovative ‘test‑and‑learn’ culture to continuously adjust the CRM approach for an ongoing improvement of results
• Pragmatism in executing short‑term projects while not losing sight of our long‑term strategy
• You are fluent in German and English
