ABOUT THE JOB

Own Eurowings Holidays' CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management, and Marketing Technology ecosystem. Drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven CRM programs while leading the evaluation, rollout, and adoption of new MarTech capabilities across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Email Marketing Execution & Optimization

• Own the Eurowings Holidays email marketing channel end-to-end, covering both strategic development and operational execution.
• Plan, create, launch, and continuously optimize newsletters, promotional campaigns, lifecycle communications, and automated customer journeys.
• Drive measures to extend an active and engaged email data base.
• Drive continuous improvements in deliverability, engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value through data-driven optimization.

CRM & Customer Lifecycle

• Co-own Eurowings Holidays-specific CRM strategy elements across acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty, and reactivation, in alignment with the joint Eurowings/Eurowings Holidays customer communication approach.
• Develop and optimize automated customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization.
• Drive CRM performance, conversion, repeat bookings, and customer lifetime value.
• Own and continuously evolve the Eurowings Holidays MarTech roadmap and requirements, in alignment with other Eurowings entities and within the EW tool ecosystem.
• Evaluate new CRM, CDP, personalization, automation, and consent management capabilities, as well as key prerequisites (e.g. account).
• Assess business value, implementation requirements, operating models and organizational implications of new MarTech solutions.
• Ensure Eurowings Holidays requirements are represented in group-wide MarTech initiatives.

Rollout & Adoption

• Drive implementation of new MarTech components and capabilities.
• Coordinate delivery across Marketing, Product, BI, Data, and Technology teams.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption within the marketing organization.
• Ensure new capabilities generate measurable business value.

Stakeholder & Project Leadership

• Lead cross-functional CRM and MarTech initiatives.
• Influence prioritization and business decisions through data and customer insights.
• Act as the go-to expert for CRM and MarTech topics within EWH.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Several years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing technology, ideally in a digital, e-commerce, or travel environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven CRM strategies that increae customer engagement, retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
• Hands-on experience managing email marketing programs end-to-end, including campaign execution, automation, deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization.
• Strong expertise with CRM, marketing automation, CDP, and customer data platforms, combined with the ability to evaluate, implement, and scale new MarTech solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Product, Data, BI, and Technology teams, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and driving alignment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer insights and performance data into actionable CRM initiatives and measurable business impact.
• Solid understanding of customer lifecycle management, customer journeys, experimentation, and conversion optimization.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality who enjoys combining operational excellence with long-term CRM and MarTech development.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across the organization.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
