Senior CRM Tech Manager

Responsibilities

• Deep technical mastery of Braze, extending beyond campaign execution to advanced technical capabilities.
• Serve as the go‑to person for maximizing platform utilization.
• Drive personalization at scale by transitioning from manual segment‑building to fully automated, individually relevant communication leveraging data, AI, and behavioral triggers.
• Integrate AI tools into CRM workflows to increase efficiency, relevance, and personalization depth across all touchpoints.
• Own technical maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of transactional systems to ensure critical user communication is reliable and performant.
• Design and run systematic A/B and multivariate tests to optimize engagement and drive customer lifetime value with a clear data‑driven framework behind each decision.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CRM and Marketing Automation, preferably in a fast‑paced B2C environment.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and Liquid templating.
• Comfortable writing SQL for data extraction and segmentation.
• Data mindset: build, measure, iterate, and optimize based on results.
• Proven track record of integrating AI tools into communication.
• Fluent in English.
• Hands‑on Braze expertise is a must; technically fluent in the platform to unlock advanced capabilities.
• Ability to translate clear KPIs into marketing workflows that drive personalization and automation efficiency.
