Senior Data Analytics & Insights Manager (GTM): Driving data-driven decision-making for Go-To-Market teams by providing actionable insights and analysis with an accent on understanding customer behavior, pipeline performance, and revenue opportunities. Focus on developing insights to improve GTM execution and ensure effective use of dashboards.

Location: Remote within the USA . Applicants located within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $98,800–$130,000 USD annual

What you will do

• Provide actionable insights and analysis to inform and shape GTM strategy.
• Leverage data to help GTM teams understand customer behavior, pipeline performance, and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations teams to define comprehensive KPIs for measuring operational effectiveness.
• Proactively identify areas where data and analytics can drive improvements in GTM performance and sales effectiveness.
• Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of GTM dashboards, gathering feedback for iteration.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure access to clean, high-quality, and well-structured data.

Requirements

• English: B2 required
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on partnering with sales, success, or business development teams.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL, along with statistical methods.
• Strong ability to craft and communicate data stories to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
• Deep understanding of GTM strategies and the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment.
