Your Tasks

• Data Strategy & Business Analytics
  • Use‑Case‑Scoping entlang der Customer Journey (Marketing, Sales, After‑Sales): Machbarkeit, Risiko, ROI
  • KPI‑Frameworks definieren (z.B. Conversion, CLV, NPS, Time‑to‑Resolution) und Wirkung messbar machen
• IT Project Management
  • End‑to‑end Projektverantwortung: Backlog‑Priorisierung, Meilensteine, Risiken/Abhängigkeiten, Budget und Statusreports
  • Agile Delivery (Scrum/Kanban): Planung, Reviews, Retros; klare, transparente Kommunikation
