Senior Data Scientist - Dynamic Pricing & Revenue Management (all genders)

In this role you will own complex pricing and forecasting models to boost host occupancy and earnings. You will translate business questions into scientific models and collaborate with data colleagues to drive measurable impact. You’ll design and deploy dynamic pricing strategies and monitor model performance to continuously improve accuracy. • Translate business questions into testable models and actionable recommendations
• Build and own machine learning, forecasting, and pricing models for revenue management
• Develop dynamic pricing strategies based on data and experiments
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Engineers to define datasets, features, and model requirements
• Evaluate model choices, assumptions, and trade-offs with business impact in mind
• Monitor and iterate on model performance to improve accuracy and relevance
• Act as a senior sparring partner to raise data science practices within the team

• 5+ years as a Data Scientist
• strong background in statistics, forecasting, and machine learning
• hands-on Python and SQL with large datasets
• interest in pricing, revenue optimization, or marketplace dynamics
