Senior DataOps Engineer

As Senior DataOps/Software Engineer for Revenue Management, you will productionize pricing and demand models and build reliable serving infrastructure. You’ll own data pipelines, model deployment, and tooling to support rapid experimentation at scale. You join a data-driven, ownership‑oriented tech team driving impact across a global platform. Your work shapes revenue optimization for thousands of hosts and millions of guests, using modern AI tools and cloud technologies to improve efficiency and reliability.

• Deploy and maintain pricing and demand models in production with API and serving infrastructure
• Develop and operate production-grade data pipelines with robust monitoring and alerting
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineering to turn prototypes into production-ready solutions
• Own and maintain infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and supporting tooling for the Revenue Management team
• Implement operational best practices including monitoring, automated testing, and observability
• Convert proof-of-concept code into robust, maintainable Python applications
• Ensure high data quality, consistency, and documentation for RM metrics and datasets
• Leverage AI and modern tooling to optimize workflows and team productivity

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, DevOps, or MLOps
• Strong hands-on Python and production-ready coding
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Terraform
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and production deployments
• Exposure to ML model deployment platforms like MLflow or SageMaker
• Interest in using modern AI tools and LLM agents to boost productivity
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with ownership and problem-solving
