Senior Demand Generation Manager, Global SMB

As Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will own the full-funnel demand strategy for Deel’s SMB segment and lead non-paid channels with a hands-on, data-driven approach. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and regional teams to set quarterly targets and optimize campaigns using AI. You’ll build integrated demand architectures across owned, earned, and partner channels to generate qualified pipeline. • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Paid Media, and regional teams to set quarterly demand strategy and growth targets
• Align cross-functional teams around shared KPIs (pipeline, conversion rates, efficiency) and run weekly momentum huddles
• Design integrated demand architectures coordinating owned, earned, partnerships, and emerging channels
• Use AI to model scenarios, forecast performance, and simulate ROI for different channel mixes
• Drive non-paid channel growth through content syndication, partnerships, affiliate programs, webinars, events, and emerging sources
• Utilize LLMs and AI agents to generate, test, and refine campaign messaging, creative, and landing pages
• Research and operationalize new platforms and demand partners with clear ROI frameworks
• Build lightweight AI-powered automations to reduce manual toil in setup, optimization, and reporting
• Distribute and repurpose content across channels using AI to maximize reach and pipeline contribution
• Monitor performance daily and lead optimization, testing, and experimentation with leadership visibility
• Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to design follow-up plays and enablement that drive conversions
• Coordinate strategy with Paid Media for audience targeting and funnel sequencing
• Engage Regional Leads to surface market insights and coach partners on testing and optimization
• Lead by influence, maintain strategic clarity, and advocate for effective resource allocation
• Partner with Analytics to interpret data, identify optimization opportunities, and report progress
• Publish playbooks and best practices to scale what works

• 6+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns (SaaS/tech preferred)
• Proven track record delivering pipeline and revenue at scale
• Advanced ability to forecast, analyze, and optimize funnel performance across channels
• Strong command of demand and performance metrics (CPL, cost per SQO, ROAS, pipeline ROI)
• Creative and analytical mindset with a bias for testing and iteration
• Hands-on builder mentality from idea to launch to analysis
• Comfort with AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation) to accelerate campaigns
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with leadership presence
• Autonomous, data-driven, self-motivated with senior IC capabilities
• Fluency in analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
