Senior Design Engineer R&D for Analog ASIC (m/f/d)

As an Analog & Power Electronics Design Engineer, you define and build the next generation analog ASIC for precision ATE measurement. You work from concept to silicon, collaborating with system architects, software engineers, and marketing to deliver robust, high-accuracy solutions. You’ll prototype, characterize, and optimize analog/mixed-signal designs and bring them to life in final systems. This role offers impact by shaping high-precision test technology and enabling scalable, reliable performance.

• Define and develop analog and mixed-signal ASICs for high-precision voltage/current source ATE applications
• Collaborate on the DPS ASIC concept and specification to maximize accuracy and usability on HLAs
• Simulate and optimize analog design concepts and components
• Prototype bring-up in lab and conduct detailed characterization measurements
• Develop and apply basic software skills to operate ASICs on evaluation setups for automated measurements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering
• In-depth knowledge of ADC/DAC and amplifier circuits
• Several years of experience in analog & power hardware design
• Hands-on experience in analog/digital HW simulation and design tools
• Business fluent German and fluent English
• Self-motivated, team- and solution-oriented with coaching ability
