Senior Developer Relations Manager

Establish technical and business relationships with a small set of strategic, regionally important software companies
Develop and implement strategies to integrate the NVIDIA platform into partner products
Build and maintain expertise in agentic AI systems, open models, data science applications, and GPU-accelerated computing
Serve as trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and developer champion for supported software companies
Collaborate with multifunctional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies
Demonstrate and integrate NVIDIA software tools, libraries, SDKs, open models, NIMs, and blueprints into partner products, platforms, and pipelines
Guide partner onboarding and integration with sample code, guides, and demo pipelines
Map and supervise the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to advise roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies
Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges
Track adoption, identify new workflows, and channel field insights to NVIDIA product teams
Communicate the business and commercial value of integrating the NVIDIA platform into software company products

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry
5+ years of direct hands-on experience engaging with Product and Engineering organizations at enterprise-scale software companies on strategic product integrations
Experience in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management
Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies
Experience with product integration with vertical-specific technology platforms or horizontal business applications
Significant technical depth in AI/ML, customization of open models, or creation of agentic systems
Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops
Proven track record structuring and implementing sophisticated technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with internal or external collaborators
Ability to distill sophisticated technical concepts for audiences ranging from engineers to executives
End-to-end experience defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners
Ability to conceptualize and communicate the commercial impact of integrating NVIDIA’s platform
Ability to travel frequently, up to 60% of the time
