(Senior) DevOps Engineer (all genders)

In this role you will help build and operate Holidu’s scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure. You will work within the central DevOps team to automate processes, improve IaC standards, and support cross-functional delivery. The role emphasizes cloud operations, containerized workloads, and CI/CD optimization to enable high-availability services used by millions of guests and hosts. You will collaborate across disciplines to drive cost efficiency and system robustness, with opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tooling. • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar tools and contribute improvements to modules and patterns.
• Manage and monitor AWS services ensuring performance, availability, and best practices.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, deploy workloads, scale services, and resolve incidents.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines across Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and ArgoRollouts.
• Extend the monitoring stack with dashboards and alerts using Prometheus, Grafana; improve observability.
• Participate in cost reviews, identify wasteful usage, and implement cost-saving measures with cross-functional teams.
• Develop automation scripts (Python, Bash, or Go) and leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to align on operational standards.

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE/cloud engineering experience in production.
• Solid AWS experience (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda) and cloud infra management.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes in production (deploying, scaling, troubleshooting).
• Hands-on IaC experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK.
• Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
• Scripting proficiency with Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and log systems (Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry).
• Solid Linux, networking, and basic security fundamentals; strong cross-team communication.
