Senior DevSecOps Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you will design, secure, and operate a development platform across on‑premise and Azure, enabling self‑service and automated, secure software delivery. You’ll join a cross‑site DevSecOps team supporting 200+ developers, shaping platform engineering and AI-enabled tooling. You will drive infrastructure automation, CI/CD with security controls, and observability, while mentoring teams and documenting runbooks. This is a hands-on, impact‑driven opportunity to elevate scaling, security, and collaboration in a global environment.

• Own and evolve the development platform across on‑premises and Azure, with Azure DevOps as the CI/CD backbone
• Automate infrastructure delivery using Terraform and Ansible to enable scalable, repeatable deployments
• Build and maintain secure multi‑stage CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls and automated testing
• Develop AI capabilities for agentic AI solutions and self‑hosted LLM services
• Establish and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting for operational excellence
• Collaborate with Germany and India teams to promote standards and drive continuous improvement
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and participate in incident response and delivery activities

• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or related field
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps, secure software delivery, vulnerability management, and security automation
• Proven experience with hybrid infrastructure based on VMware ESXi/vSphere and Microsoft Azure
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform and Ansible for IaC
• Experience with container platforms and OpenShift
• Familiarity with internal developer platforms, self‑service solutions, or shared platforms
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and automation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
