Overview

In this role you drive Coty’s digital media strategy and execution, partnering with brand and agency teams to optimize performance and ROI. You’ll shape cross-channel campaigns, leverage data-driven targeting, and push best-practice digital-first approaches in a fast-paced, international setting. You will own pre-activation planning, in-flight optimization, and post-activation analytics to inform future media decisions. Verantwortungsbereiche

Define and align campaign framework with full-funnel KPIs and data-driven targeting
Translate brand objectives into granular media KPIs and audience strategies
Design POE-based consumer journeys and ensure tagging and AdTech/MarTech readiness
Execute and optimize campaigns across channels with real-time dashboards
Apply optimization techniques (bid strategies, A/B tests, attribution) to maximize KPI delivery
Conduct deep-dive performance analyses and translate insights into action for future planning

Zentrale Anforderungen

6+ years of digital media experience (agency, digital, or FMCG)
Proven track record driving campaign performance with analytics and KPI frameworks
Hands-on experience with major platforms and AdTech/MarTech (Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Analytics)
Deep expertise in programmatic buying, audience segmentation, A/B testing, DCO, and attribution models
Solid understanding of Retail Media, Social Media, and Content Marketing
Excellent communication, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
