Senior Director, Construction

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical support for construction activities
• Lead teams that deliver projects aligned with company goals
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive decision‑making
• Establish and communicate clear plans, priorities, and expectations
• Drive operational efficiency across the construction organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing multi-site retail or commercial construction programs
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex organizational initiatives involving multiple functions
• Program and scheduling management
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop efficient solutions to complex problems
